An Engineering Company, with fabrication and contracting divisions desires to recruit personnel In the position of AVP/VP having 20 years experience in the following disciplines for Its office In Mumbal and plant at Murbad. The Division is in business since 1974 having executed prestigious jobs and projects under EIL, NPC1L, ISRO, IBR and most reputed Third party Agendes and has set its vision for the growth, expansion Into new products and business lines aiming to achieve Rs.5007600 acres turnover in the next couple of years with diversification into growth segment-Infrastructures, Environmental Protection & Waste Management, Desalination Plant Iron and Metal Refining System.
HEAD - MANUFACTURING (MURBAD) - Degree/Diploma in Production / Mechanical / Fabrication.
Should have hands on shop floor experience and responsible for meeting production targets, job planning, budget cost control, shop floor activities and good Industrial relations. Should have strong techno-commercial background on shop floor for columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, metal industry equipment and boilers machinery with different materials of construction Involving critical fabrication, machining and assembly aspects. Overall Labour and factory operation experience is a must KRA will be growth of output.
HEAD - CONTRACTS & PROJECT OPERATIONS (MUMBAI) - B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
Should lead a Team of experienced Engineer? for ensuring timely preparation of Technical as well as Commercial aspects for various contracts received for execution. Should complete the contract/project within cost and time estimate including initiating order amendment/revision etc. during execution. Should monitor and control job and project related activities. Should liaison with Third party consultants and Govt agencies for obtaining approvals and clearances. KRA will be completion of job within time and budgeted cost.
HEAD - MARKETING & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (MUMBAI) - B.Tech/B.E with PG in Management
Responsible for marketing activities. Identifying sustainable line of business products with growth aspects and technology driven areas for new collaboration and development of market segments. Will lead a team of experienced Engineers for ensuring timely preparation of Technical/Commercial Proposal for contracts and projects for submission of Tenders, taking care of Cost estimates/Pricing and securing profitable business.
